Our Project for Subtile Studio aims to launch a comprehensive Sustainable Future Campaign, showcasing our expertise in Brand Strategy, Campaign Strategy, and Communication Design. The process begins with an initial kick-off call to understand the client’s vision, goals, and expectations, establishing a strong foundation for the project. In the first workshop, we delve into the core values and principles, asking critical questions to ensure alignment and map out a preliminary timeline. The second workshop focuses on identifying the target audience and refining our approach to reach them effectively. Next, we define the project’s tone and style, covering written communication, visual identity, and presentation. This is followed by developing the brand’s visual elements, including logo design, corporate identity, and tagline creation.

We then establish measurable goals through KPIs to track the campaign’s success, setting targets for metrics such as followers, impressions, and events. Our detailed communication plan encompasses PR strategy, social media approach, digital marketing, email campaigns, print materials, and event planning, ensuring authenticity, high quality, and budget consciousness. The creative approach involves crafting the project’s specific message, covering background, objectives, target audience, core idea, positioning, style, key dates, milestones, budget, and success metrics. We design all necessary communication materials, including flyers, posters, social media posts, and landing pages. Finally, we measure and evaluate the campaign’s effectiveness, documenting outcomes to provide references for future projects and making necessary adjustments.
